When you book an experience through Dettaglio, there are certain pieces of information which we will always need. These are: your name (as shown in your passport), your address, your work, home and mobile telephone numbers, your email address, your payment and a completed booking form. And of course for each booking you make, we will need to know the names of the people accompanying you as shown in their passports. Once we have this information, we will be able to send you (by post or email) confirmation of your booking.

In the unlikely event of a problem occurring with your booking, we will try to contact you by telephone so that we can inform you of the situation and discuss your alternative options.

When you use the Dettaglio website, we will assume that you are consenting to the use of the information according to the conditions laid out above.
