Being UK drivers, we are as frustrated as many of our customers
by the ever-increasing traffic levels that not only disrupt the
everyday journeys of necessity but also can spoil enjoyment of that
special road or driving spot.
As you may have read in the motoring magazines, there couldn’t
be a bigger contrast between roads in the UK and continental Europe.
Road surfaces are invariably superior to the UK blacktop, traffic
is invariably freer flowing and petrol is cheaper!
Parts of each holiday will (unless you take advantage of our car
delivery service) inevitably involve some motorway tedium - time
and distance will dictate this. However, on the plus side the motorways
in Europe are invariably better maintained and traffic free.
Our holidays are not about cruising
in the outside lane of a French motorway, but rather finding the
scenic, unpopulated and formidable roads that Europe can offer -
from the tightest of hairpin bends to unending straights, these
are roads that cannot fail to raise the adrenalin and intensify
the passion we all share.
We must stress that our holidays are not about speeding.
